Business Development Representative Industrial

Business Development Representative responsibilities:
- Identify, target, and secure new business opportunities across manufacturing, processing, and industrial sectors
- Prospect and cold call to generate leads and build a strong pipeline of new customers
- Conduct site visits to assess operations and recommend tailored technical solutions
- Present and demonstrate products including lubricants, metalworking fluids, and water treatment systems
- Collaborate with technical and service teams to support solution delivery
- Manage the full sales process from initial contact to close
- Proven experience in industrial B2B sales, preferably in lubricants, metalworking fluids, or water treatment
- A strong hunter mentality — motivated by new business and growth targets
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Technical aptitude and ability to understand process-driven environments
- Degree or diploma in Chemistry, Biology, Engineering, or a related technical field
- Willingness to travel regularly within the territory
- Base salary of $90,000 – $110,000, depending on experience
