Job Description

We’re looking for a remote Business Development Manager in the oil and gas equipment and instrumentation industry, based in South Texas.

Our client is a North American manufacturer of engineered systems used in oil and gas field operations, including pumping, injection, and control solutions for remote environments. This is a field driven, high accountability role focused on building territory revenue across South Texas by opening new accounts, developing relationships with operators and contractors, and driving growth in a technical, application focused environment.

Business Development Manager responsibilities:
  • Prospect and secure new customers across South Texas
  • Build relationships with operators, contractors, and service companies
  • Present and support technical solutions in the field
  • Develop pipeline and convert opportunities into revenue
  • Drive consistent territory activity and results
The successful candidate has:
  • 5+ years of oil and gas, instrumentation, pump, or industrial sales experience
  • Proven ability to win new business
  • Experience working with field operations or technical end users
  • Exposure to injection, fluid handling, or control systems is an asset
  • Strong drive and ability to work independently
Compensation and benefits:
  • Base salary of $90,000 – $120,000 USD
  • Performance based incentive tied to new business growth
