Job Description
Business Development/Estimation Representative Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships to drive repeat and referral business.
- Lead end-to-end project management — from pre-bid planning, estimation, and proposal development to execution — supported by a dedicated operations team.
- Collaborate with internal project teams to ensure project goals and client expectations are consistently met.
- Analyze project specifications to define scope, schedule, budget, and execution strategies.
- Maintain clear, consistent communication with clients throughout the project lifecycle.
- Generate new business through networking and industry engagement.
- Manage trades and subcontractors throughout project execution.
- Minimum 3 years of successful sales experience, ideally in engineering, construction, or a technical field.
- Experience as an Estimator or Project Manager (PMP Certification not required).
- Strong relationship-building and communication skills.
- A self-driven, entrepreneurial mindset with excellent time management.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and strong organizational skills.
- Competitive salary: $100,000–$120,000, depending on experience.
- Consideration for higher compensation for candidates with advanced experience.
- Monthly car allowance with additional gas card.
