Job Description

We’re looking for a seasoned, customer service oriented, building manager to oversee our high end residential condo building! 

Key responsibilities:
  • Management of our condo building, maintaining an excellent relationship with our residents and staff and reporting to the condo board of directors.
  • Address resident requests in a timely manner.
  • Maintain a positive and professional relationship with residents, suppliers, Board of Directors and other various stakeholders.
  • Plan and coordinate the resident move-ins and move-outs.
  • Negotiate and manage service contracts.
  • Maintain the building's accounting systems using the software and condo managers team.
  • Contribute to the overall development of processes and procedures in the Building Management department.
  • Supervise and manage all building contractors and staff.
  • Assure after hours emergency management.
  • Working onsite, full-time, exclusively for the condo board in self employed/contract basis.

The successful candidate has:
  • 3+ years in real estate management.
  • Fully bi-lingual in French and English.
  • A degree in business administration, real estate or similar field.
  • Completion of property management certification considered an asset.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Excellent knowledge of condominium laws and regulations.
  • Good knowledge of various building systems.
  • Experience in leading a team of maintenance technicians and filed staff.
  • Self-starter and good time manager.
  • Ability to adapt to constantly changing environment.
  • Be available to respond to emergencies during day and after hours.
  • Proficient in MS Office and Condo Management Software.

Compensation and benefits:
  • The discussed base salary range is $75,000 – $80,000 with 4 weeks of vacation.
  • Candidates with additional experience and higher compensation expectations may also be considered.
