Job Responsibilities:
  • Optimize manufacturing processes to enhance efficiency and reduce waste.
  • Design workstations, assembly lines, and production floors for safety, productivity, and ergonomics.
  • Identify cost-saving opportunities by streamlining processes.
  • Implement systems to maintain and improve product quality.
  • Develop processes to ensure compliance with aerospace safety and quality standards.
  • Leverage statistical analysis, forecasting, and simulation tools to make data-driven recommendations.
  • Evaluate and refine KPIs to ensure they are meaningful and actionable.
  • Develop staffing plans, scheduling processes, and training programs to maximize workforce efficiency.
  • Introduce automation and advanced technologies to reduce manual tasks and improve output.
  • Optimize processes for sourcing, production, and distribution to ensure on-time delivery and cost reductions.
  • Drive energy efficiency initiatives, reduce waste, and implement environmentally sustainable practices.
  • Work closely with the leadership team to provide actionable insights and recommendations that shape the future direction of the company.
The successful candidate has: 
  • Candidates must have experience in aviation. Applications without relevant aviation experience will not be considered.
  • Experience working with ERP or MRP systems is an asset.
  • Experience in process improvement, operations analysis, or continuous improvement in manufacturing, aerospace, or a related industry
  • Strong understanding of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, Kaizen, or other continuous improvement methodologies (certifications are a plus, e.g., Lean Six Sigma Green/Black Belt).
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights (e.g., Excel, Tableau, Power BI, or other relevant software)
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and implement KPIs and operational metrics.
  • Hands-on experience in analyzing and improving workflows, processes, or production systems
  • Knowledge of workforce optimization, productivity management, and/or workplace ergonomics.
