Administrative Showroom Coordinator
Job Description
We’re looking for an on-site Administrative Showroom Coordinator in the luxury building products industry, supporting a sales team focused on high-end residential projects.
A candidate with experience in luxury windows, doors, architectural building products, custom millwork, or adjacent high-end home renovation industries would be a strong fit for this role. This position is well-suited to someone who understands the mechanics of custom quoting, technical drawings, and administrative sales support, rather than direct selling.

The Administrative Showroom Coordinator will be responsible for supporting quoting, order processing, showroom operations, and customer service activities from their Oakville, ON location.
Administrative Showroom Coordinator responsibilities:
- Prepare detailed and accurate quotes based on architectural drawings, measurements, and specifications
- Review blueprints and elevations to extract dimensions, product details, and pricing inputs
- Enter sales orders, track shipments, and follow structured internal processes
- Act as the primary point of contact for walk-in customers at the showroom, directing inquiries appropriately
- Maintain showroom presence and coordinate with external sales representatives
- Respond to warranty and service inquiries and coordinate with the head office
- Provide administrative and quoting support to the sales team throughout the project lifecycle
- Build relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure a seamless client experience
The successful candidate has:
- 3+ years of experience in administrative support, sales coordination, estimating, or showroom-based roles
- Background in luxury windows, doors, construction products, or high-end residential renovation is an asset
- Strong confidence in math and measurements, including fractions and pricing calculations
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction drawings
- Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on accuracy and consistency
- Strong communication skills and a proactive, independent workstyle
- Ability to learn internal software systems quickly and follow defined processes
- Organized and customer-focused with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
- Stability in previous roles, with 2 to 3+ years per position preferred
Compensation and benefits:
- The discussed salary range is $60,000 to $65,000 depending on experience
- Commission on inside sales orders, typically earned after 1 year
