We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Administrative Assistant to support our growing corporate office in Vancouver, BC. Administrative Assistant Responsibilities:
  • Provide day-to-day administrative support to executives and team members
  • Coordinate meetings, manage calendars, and arrange travel and logistics
  • Prepare and edit reports, presentations, and correspondence
  • Maintain organized electronic and physical filing systems
  • Assist with office management tasks such as supplies ordering and vendor coordination
  • Support internal communications and event planning
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • 2+ years of experience in a corporate office environment
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace
  • A proactive mindset with the ability to anticipate needs and take initiative
  • Friendly, resourceful, and team-oriented
Compensation and benefits:
  • The discussed pay range is 40,000- 50,000 dollars per year depending on experience
