Job Description
Our growing real estate firm is seeking a proactive, detail-oriented, and people-focused Office Manager to oversee daily operations at our Vancouver, BC office. This role is ideal for someone with 2+ years of experience in a corporate setting, strong administrative skills, and an interest in the fast-paced world of real estate. As Office Manager, you’ll be the go-to person for keeping the office running smoothly and supporting a dynamic team of agents, brokers, and executives.
This is a fantastic opportunity who is ready to take on a leadership role and grow into higher-level operations or team management within the real estate industry.
Administrative Assistant Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day office operations, ensuring a professional and organized work environment
- Manage office calendar, scheduling, and internal communications
- Supervise support staff and coordinate onboarding for new hires
- Support brokers and agents with transaction documentation, listing materials, and compliance paperwork
- Maintain office supply inventory, vendor relationships, and equipment upkeep
- Assist with light bookkeeping tasks, invoicing, and budget tracking
- Coordinate team meetings, trainings, and company events
- Serve as the liaison between the office and external partners, service providers, and building management
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Minimum 2 years of administrative or office coordination experience, ideally in a corporate or real estate setting
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Tech-savvy, with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace; experience with CRM systems, MLS, or DocuSign is a plus
- A self-starter with a professional demeanor, positive attitude, and ability to adapt in a fast-moving environment
- Interest in the real estate industry and a desire for long-term career growth
Compensation and benefits:
- The discussed pay range is 45,000- 55,000 dollars per year depending on experience
