We’re looking for a full-time Administrative Assistant in the retail industry.

In this newly created position, the Administrative Assistant will serve as the central point of contact for customers and internal teams, helping ensure smooth day-to-day operations while supporting both the sales and service departments. It’s a great fit for someone who is proactive, personable, and highly organized who is looking for an organization to become a part of something meaningful.

Administrative Assistant responsibilities:
  • Provides a friendly, professional first impression for customers and visitors
  • Answers and directs phone calls and messages with accuracy and warmth
  • Supports the sales, finance and service teams with daily administrative needs
  • Manages office supplies, digital filing, inventory management and data entry.
  • Prepares letters, forms, and manuals with strong attention to detail
The successful candidate brings:
  • A minimum of 3 years of administrative experience
  • Tech savvy, with familiarity with AI, MS Word (Excel) and experience with project management software is an asset
  • Proactive problem-solving skills and high attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organization, time management, and multitasking abilities
  • A positive, team-focused attitude and professional demeanor
  • Able to work in office in a location 20 minutes north of Edmonton
Compensation and benefits:
  • Hourly wage range: $22–$25, based on experience
  • Candidates with additional experience and higher expectations may be considered
  • Extended benefits and health spending
  • RSP program
