Job Description

We’re looking for a full-time, in-office Administrative Coordinator in Edmonton.

Our client, a growing organization based in Edmonton, is looking for an ambitious administrator to join their team. This role plays an integral part of a small, yet dynamic team.

Accounting and Administrative Coordinator responsibilities:
  • Assist accounting with various tasks
  • Reconcile AR/AP
  • Provide general administrative support to various team members and departments
  • Keep records organized
  • Responsible for keeping track of and ordering office supplies
  • Provide reception coverage and support
  • Help coordinate office facility needs
  • Assist with event planning
  • Oversee mail distribution and courier services, ensuring timely handling.
The successful candidate has: 
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in administration that has included AR/AP
  • A high school diploma or equivalent; post-secondary education in accounting or business administration is an asset.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
  • Experience with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, or similar) is preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Compensation and benefits:
  • The discussed salary offered is $50,000 to $55,000 depending on experience.
