Job Description

Our client, a prominent distribution and supply company situated in the Vancouver region, seeks a vibrant and skilled Administrative Assistant. Pioneering in their field, they are nationally renowned as a top-tier organization. This role entails offering comprehensive support across the entirety of the head office operations.

Administrative Assistant responsibilities:
  • Coordinate meetings & events
  • Assist with travel arrangements
  • Provide data summarizations & reports
  • Manage calendars
  • Process expense reports
  • Prepare packages for board members and stakeholders
  • Support various teams throughout the organization including:
    • Legal
    • Operations
    • IT
    • Finance
  • Responsible for facilities management
  • Provide support and service to clients
  • General office services management
  • Additional ad hoc tasks as required
The successful candidate has: 
  • 4 years experience
  • Post secondary education preferred
  • Advanced proficiency with MS Office Suite
  • Experience supporting executive level
  • Reliable transportation
  • Friendly and Outgoing
Compensation and benefits:
  • The discussed salary range is $50,000 – $60,000 depending on experience
