Our client, an internationally recognized design and production studio known for its groundbreaking work showcased in prestigious museums and galleries worldwide is seeking a dynamic  Administrator to join their passionate team of creative professionals.

This role is more than administrative support. You will be the face of the organization, which will allow you to share your passion of representing the brand of the organization. Not to mention, they operate on a 4 day work week! That's right, Fridays off!

Role Overview: As an Administrative Assistant, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of our studio. Your responsibilities will include:
  • Directing incoming calls with promptness and professionalism.
  • Providing essential administrative support for daily operations, including email management, shipment oversight, data entry, and sales processing.
  • Assisting with reporting and distribution tasks to enhance studio efficiency.
  • Performing routine office duties to maintain our high standards of organization and professionalism.

  • Proven ability to build strong relationships and collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.

  • Reliability, diligence, and a positive attitude towards challenges.
  • A genuine interest in the design and architecture industry is preferred.
  • Availability to work from 7:30 am to 4:45 pm, Monday to Thursday with a 1 hour lunch break.
