Accounting Clerk responsibilities:
  • Generate AR invoices.
  • Dispatch Customer Statements and engage in outreach regarding overdue invoices.
  • Compile deposits and manage cash receipts.
  • Reconcile online sales.
  • Execute credit card reimbursements.
  • Establish and uphold vendor and customer accounts.
  • Align invoices with POs, update the PO tracking ledger, and address discrepancies.
  • Facilitate EFT and Bill payments.
  • Prepare GST and PST filings.
  • Aid in compiling documentation for auditors.
  • Other ad hoc financial administrative tasks.
What the successful candidate will bring:
  • Minimum 3-5 years of bookkeeping experience,
  • Previous experience with Acumatica ERP solution is an asset.
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and MS Word.
  • Exceptional organizational, detail-oriented, and accurate work habits.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Self-motivated and capable of taking initiative.
Compensation and benefits:
  • $48,000-$53,000 per annum based on experience.
  • Health benefits and RRSP matching available.
  • Paid vacation time
