Account Manager (Windows & Doors)

The new Account Manager will play a key role in supporting dealer accounts, strengthening relationships, and ensuring smooth order flow from inquiry to delivery.
Account Manager Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary contact for assigned dealer accounts across Ontario and Canada
- Build strong relationships through regular on site visits, calls, and email communication
- Provide timely support on product inquiries, quotes, and order?related questions
- Maintain accurate client information and activity notes within the CRM system
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues and ensure customer satisfaction
- Develop a deep understanding of window and door products, including ratings and technical specifications
- Identify opportunities to grow account volume and contribute to overall sales targets
- 1–3 years of experience in customer service or account management within the window/door industry (required)
- Post secondary education in business, construction technology, or a related field (an asset)
- Strong communication, organization, and problem solving abilities
- Comfort learning technical product details and explaining them to customers
- Experience with CRM systems; familiarity with CAD, FeneVision, or Zoho is an advantage
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- A valid driver’s license and willingness to travel across Ontario and Canada
- The discussed salary range is $65,000 – $70,000 depending on experience
