We’re looking for a remote Account Executive (SMB) in the consulting and professional services industry. This is a full-time opportunity for an experienced sales professional who thrives in a consultative, high-volume environment and is motivated by uncapped earning potential.
Our client is a specialized consulting and training firm that helps organizations develop, price, and sell sponsorship opportunities.

The Account Executive will be responsible for converting qualified inbound prospects into consulting clients. This is a consultative sales role - you will not be selling sponsorship on behalf of clients. Instead, you’ll help prospective clients understand the company’s solutions, diagnose their challenges, and determine whether the consulting programs are the right fit.

  • Conduct approximately 60–70 scheduled, 45-minute consultations each month with SDR-qualified inbound prospects
  • Diagnose prospect needs, uncover pain points, build value, and guide prospects toward a buying decision
  • Close approximately 8–12 new clients per month into consulting packages ranging from $7,500–$15,000 USD
  • Manage follow-up activity and maintain a healthy daily mix of new consultations and active pipeline opportunitie
  • Execute established consultative sales frameworks and objection-handling processes while adapting your approach to each prospect
  • Collaborate with the SDR team to develop effective follow-up strategies for active opportunities
  • Participate in daily huddles, weekly deal and KPI reviews, and monthly company meetings
The successful candidate has:
  • 3+ years of sales or business development experience, with a demonstrated track record of closing $5,000–$25,000 offers
  • Experience selling coaching, consulting, agency, professional services, or transactional B2B solutions with a sales cycle of 30 days or less
  • Professional services sales experience is a strong asset
  • A high degree of confidence and skill in objection handling and consultative selling
  • Excellent rapport-building, communication, diplomacy, and relationship-management skills
  • The resilience and consistency required to maintain a high standard in a high-call-volume sales environment
  • The ability to work independently, manage a pipeline effectively, and consistently follow through on commitments
Compensation and benefits:
  • The discussed base salary is $65,000-$75,000 plus uncapped commissions
  • Expected OTE of $140,000–$160,000 at target performance
  • Benefits package, including paid time off and RRSP matching
  • Monthly commission and bonus payments
  • Fully remote position with Eastern Time Zone business hours
  • Opportunity to sell established consulting programs with qualified, inbound prospects
Candidates must be legally authorized to work in Canada. Only candidates selected to move forward in the hiring process will be contacted.
