The role:

What you bring:
  • Post-secondary education or equivalent experience
  • CIP and/or FCIP designation
  • 10+ years in property & casualty insurance
  • Strong technical underwriting knowledge: policy contracts, rating programs, risk sources, and workflows
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Strength in underwriting, sales/negotiation, coaching, and mentoring
