The role:

- Post-secondary education or equivalent experience
- CIP and/or FCIP designation
- 10+ years in property & casualty insurance
- Strong technical underwriting knowledge: policy contracts, rating programs, risk sources, and workflows
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Strength in underwriting, sales/negotiation, coaching, and mentoring
- Hybrid work, 50% office / 50% home
