Our client is a global cloud-based software provider serving small law firms, with a rapidly growing presence in Canada. Known for a high-performance sales culture and strong investment in training and development, this organization is focused on scaling quickly and establishing market leadership.
The Account Executive will be responsible for driving new business revenue through a consultative sales approach, managing a defined territory, and consistently exceeding sales targets. This is a great opportunity for a SaaS sales “hunter” who thrives in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
This role is hybrid, requiring 3 days per week in the Vancouver office.
Account Executive responsibilities:
- Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to close (with lead assistance of BDR).
- Achieve and exceed assigned revenue quotas
- Conduct product demos and webinar presentations
- Develop and execute territory and account strategies
- Collaborate closely with BDRs to build pipeline
- Maintain accurate CRM, pipeline, and forecasts
- Negotiate pricing and close deals effectively
- 3+ years in SaaS sales (legal, accounting, HR/payroll, healthcare practice, tax/audit, financial services etc.). At least 1 year experience in an Account Manager function and previous BDR experience considered an asset.
- Strong consultative selling and closing skills
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
- High commercial acumen and a competitive mindset
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Base salary is $85,000, plus uncapped commissions. OTE is $145,000.
