Job Description

We’re looking for an Inside Sales Representative in the custom branding equipment and supply industry (heat transfer vinyl).

Our client is an established family-owned company and industry leader for over 50 years. They are excited to add a new member to their sales team who take over an assigned territory of pre-existing active clients. This is a hybrid remote/office position.

Inside Sales Representative responsibilities:
  • Handle Inbound calls from direct customers and colleagues looking for support on products, services or solutions
  • Call upon prospects/leads that are generated by Marketing team
  • Maintain and expand the company’s database of prospects
  • Set up and deliver sales presentations, product/service demonstrations, and other sales actions as appropriate
  • Assist in creating RFP responses to potential clients
  • Occasionally attend tradeshows to promote products and services
The successful candidate has: 
  • Post-secondary degree is preferred but not required
  • 2-3 years’ experience in sales/account management. Preferably tele-sales
  • Demonstrated ability to convert prospects and close deals
  • Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills
  • Ability to build and maintain long lasting business relationships
  • Strong work ethic and self-motivated
Compensation and benefits:
  • The discussed base salary is $55, 000  with opportunity to earn an extra $10, 000-$15, 000  annually in monthly bonuses.
