Executive Assistant 5-6 month contract - 18903
Job Description
Our client is located in downtown Edmonton and are looking for an Executive Assistant for a 5–6-month coverage, with possibility of permanency. You will be the counted on the right had to two Vice Presidents. This organization offers a great opportunity for team work, work life balance and purpose. Executive Assistant responsibilities:
- Coordinates calendars, agendas, and schedules
- Provides committee support thorough catering, meeting minutes, agendas, and action items
- Produces high quality reports and presentations
- Organizes travel arrangements and calendar management
- Maintains a well-organized environment to enable success with a high attention to detail
- Works with minimal supervision
- Builds relationships and communicates effectively with managers and stakeholders
- Takes on research and project driven initiatives
- Deals with correspondence and information with the utmost of confidentiality
- Screens incoming calls and maintains the highest standards of professional integrity when representing the organization and the VPs.
- 5+ years’ experience in an Executive support role
- Strong proficiency in using MS Office Suite and technology
- Excellent communication, customer facing and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail with high standards of literacy
- Advanced user of the MS Suite and tech savvy
- Experience with committees, agendas, meeting minutes and follow up
- Ability to work independently in collaboration with the VPs, and follow direction
- Salary of $70,000 - $85,000
