Job Description

We are looking for an Executive Assistant not for profit organization in the sustainability industry.

Our client is located in downtown Edmonton and are looking for an Executive Assistant for a 5–6-month coverage, with possibility of permanency. You will be the counted on the right had to two Vice Presidents. This organization offers a great opportunity for team work, work life balance and purpose. Executive Assistant responsibilities:
  • Coordinates calendars, agendas, and schedules
  • Provides committee support thorough catering, meeting minutes, agendas, and action items
  • Produces high quality reports and presentations
  • Organizes travel arrangements and calendar management
  • Maintains a well-organized environment to enable success with a high attention to detail
  • Works with minimal supervision
  • Builds relationships and communicates effectively with managers and stakeholders
  • Takes on research and project driven initiatives
  • Deals with correspondence and information with the utmost of confidentiality
  • Screens incoming calls and maintains the highest standards of professional integrity when representing the organization and the VPs.
The successful candidate has:
  • 5+ years’ experience in an Executive support role
  • Strong proficiency in using MS Office Suite and technology
  • Excellent communication, customer facing and interpersonal skills
  • Attention to detail with high standards of literacy
  • Advanced user of the MS Suite and tech savvy
  • Experience with committees, agendas, meeting minutes and follow up
  • Ability to work independently in collaboration with the VPs, and follow direction
In return, what you can expect:
  • Salary of $70,000 - $85,000
