The Successful Candidate Has:

• 3+ years of direct management experience in a multi-department retail, service or hospitality environment with P&L or budget responsibility.
• The ability to make decisions and lead independently with ownership mindset. 
• A proven track record in recruitment, establishing HR frameworks, performance evaluations and terminations when required.
• Ability to handle complex personalities and workplace stress with composure, while keeping business goals, team productivity and accountability paramount.
• Strong proficiency with POS platforms, inventory management tools, labor scheduling software and operational KPI's.
• Ability to proactively identify operational gaps while implementing solutions independently.
• Strong experience with inventory and labor control and alignment with budgets.
• The ability to build and maintain excellent relationships with customers, suppliers and all levels of staff.
