Service Manager Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and repair espresso machines and related equipment.
- Perform routine maintenance on various types of appliances.
- Communicate effectively with customers to understand their service needs.
- Maintain detailed records of work performed and parts used.
- Assist in developing and improving the ticketing system for service requests.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support.
- Stay updated on the latest industry trends and repair techniques.
- Help build out a strong ticketing system to track the repairs.
- Proven experience in servicing and repairing appliances.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges.
- Experience with espresso machines is a plus, but not required.
- $25 to $38 per hour. Candidates with additional experience and higher compensation expectations may also be considered
