Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of the heavy hauling organization, ensuring efficiency and safety.
- Develop and implement business strategies to enhance market presence and drive revenue growth.
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with key clients and industry stakeholders.
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of professionals, fostering a positive work environment.
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for expansion and improvement.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and service delivery.
- Prepare and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reports.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory and safety requirements.
- Proven experience in heavy hauling operations, with a deep understanding of industry standards and practices.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, logistics, or a related field.
- Experience with project management and strategic planning
- Demonstrated business development skills, with a network of contacts in the heavy hauling industry.
- Previous leadership experience, with a track record of successfully managing and developing teams.
- High energy, self-motivated, and results-oriented, with strong problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels.
- Proficiency in financial management and operational oversight.
- Knowledge of safety regulations and compliance standards in the heavy hauling industry.
- Salary ranges from $130,000 to $160,000 depending on performance.
