Job Description

Our client is a registered not-for-profit agency supporting its growing community through all circumstances. Our client is seeking a Finance and Administration Manager for their team; this is a crucial role in the organization. Working alongside leadership in strategic decision-making, the Finance and Administration Manager will be responsible for all financial tasks for the organization. 

Finance and Administration Manager Responsibilities: 
  • Develop, implement, and monitor all risk management plans to protect the organization. 
  • Coordinate with management on the annual program budget and oversee the financial audit. 
  • Provide monthly reports to funders as required. 
  • Maintain an accurate reporting system, reconcile general ledger accounts.
  • Oversee accounts payable, accounts receivable, and purchasing. 
  • Manage staff: payroll, accounts payable and accounts receivable. 
  • Ensure all finances, contracts, and lease agreements and adequately recorded. 
The successful candidate has: 
  • 3+ years of related experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance or Business
  • Professional Accounting Designation is an asset 
Compensation and Benefits: 
  • The discussed salary range is between $90,000 and $100,000, depending on experience.
  • 4-week vacation
