Having worked in large corporate environments and fast-paced startups allows her to understand how roles truly function within a variety of organizations and translate business needs into precise hiring requirements. Early in her career, she worked within a major real estate development company in the Middle East, supporting recruitment and HR operations. She later transitioned into fast-growing tech and e-commerce startups, most recently serving as Head of Human Resources for a German e-commerce company with employees across multiple countries.
